Renovation Transformation
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto, we originally built this new residence in 2000. In 2017, our clients asked us to return and renovate the home to accommodate a new layout and interior transformation.

We fully renovated the interior of the home and replaced all the systems including, installing A/C, new radiant floors, venetian plaster, adding a basement gym, dressing rooms, upgraded lighting, reclaimed coffered beam ceilings, and extensive faux painting to match the existing windows and doors with the new interior millwork. The updated bathrooms are clad with stone slabs with precise stone joint to wall alignments and scribed built-in furniture.
